Refund Policy

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

1. Return Eligibility

​

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • We do not accept returns on personal-use products (e.g., mouth tape) for hygiene reasons unless the product is defective.

 

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@shopcalmee.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions (including return address).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

 

3. Refunds

​

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order included free shipping, a small handling fee may be deducted from the refund.

 

4. Exchanges

​

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at support@shopcalmee.com.

 

5. Order Cancellations

​

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.
Once the item has shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our policy above.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

​

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
